My Background

Prior to working as a therapist, I worked as an IT consultant for large corporate businesses, both in London and overseas. It was during this time that I sought therapy for the first time, initially to help with stress and anxiety, followed by a search for meaning and purpose in my life.

After experiencing the transformational power of counselling for myself, I decided to train to become a counsellor. More recently my decision to train as a Core Process Psychotherapist was brought about by a desire to explore our human nature, and the many ways in which we suffer, and also find capacity for joy and transformation. My experience both personally and professionally has shown me that in the depths of our hurt and suffering, we find the riches and potential for healing.
